Individual consumers and end user organizations should purchase their technology products from specialized resellers or retailers who are experienced at servicing the needs of the end user. Because INDiSYS sells only to resellers, the information collected by INDiSYS is generally limited to business contact information (e.g., the name, title, business address, business telephone number of an employee of an organization) and not information about an identifiable individual (“personal information”) as defined in applicable privacy laws.
